Yakutia's 'Land of Heroes' Program Offers Internships to SVO Veterans

Yakutia's 'Yakutia - Land of Heroes' personnel program, launched by leader Aysen Nikolayev, has entered a new phase. It's offering practical skill application to participants through six-week internships across various districts.

The program, an extension of President Putin's federal 'Time of Heroes' initiative, is now involving veterans of the special military operation (SVO). These veterans are interning in local government bodies across Yakutia's 14 municipal formations. The Higher School of Innovative Management is supporting the program, overseeing cadets' work and providing methodological support.

Cadets are spread across several districts, with Yakutsk hosting the most, eight in total. Other districts are hosting fewer cadets, with most having two or less. The internships cover a wide range of regional development aspects, from industrial Aldan to northern Khandyga. The program aims to integrate these individuals into management processes, leveraging their leadership and determination.

The 'Yakutia - Land of Heroes' personnel program is providing practical experience to participants and SVO veterans. By integrating them into local government, the program seeks to utilize their skills and determination for regional development.
