Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will be supporting various teams in HR, Recruiting, Personnel Development, and Occupational Health Management. Your duties will include handling correspondence, coordinating appointments, administrative tasks in candidate and event management, and catering and room management for interviews and events. A significant part of your role will involve processing and analyzing HR data and statistics.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have completed an apprenticeship as a banker or a similar commercial apprenticeship. The ideal candidate is open-minded, enjoys working in a team, and is engaged, flexible, and able to handle high workloads. You should be able to work independently, quality-oriented, and service-oriented, with knowledge of the organization's feedback rules and the ability to apply them.

Salary and Benefits

The remuneration for this position is according to TVÖD-Sparkassen with 13.7 monthly salaries. The salary for the role is between 42,700€ - 49,800€ (full-time), depending on relevant professional experience. Free account management and other attractive conditions for employees are offered. Voluntary capital-forming benefits in full amount are offered by the company, and the company pension scheme is fully financed by the Sparkasse.

In addition, employees receive 32 days of vacation and up to 40 additional purchaseable vacation days. Possible performance-related bonuses are available, and many measures to reconcile family and work are available. Occupational health management includes massages, a relaxation room, EGYM Wellpass, etc. The public transport job ticket subsidy or JobRad are available, and the candidate should be proficient in common MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), ideally also Helix.

Working Conditions

The working hours for this role are 50%, and a good work-life balance with flexible working hours is provided. The candidate should maintain absolute discretion and work trustfully and valuably with all departments in the organization.
