SNVA EduTech Acquires Edureka & More, Forms Global Education JV
SNVA EduTech Limited, a global education and skilling enterprise, has made a significant move. Led by Vivek K. Singh, the company announced the strategic acquisition of Edureka, Veranda Higher Education, and Six Phrase from Veranda Learning Solutions Limited. This deal results in Veranda acquiring a 50% stake in SNVA EduTech, forming a global education joint venture.
SNVA EduTech, founded in 2009, boasts a strong presence across India, the USA, Europe, and Asia. The acquisition is projected to boost its revenue to over 250 crores in FY 26, growing at a CAGR of 25% over the next 4 to 5 years. EBITDA is expected to increase over 60 crores in FY 26 at a CAGR of 35%.
The partnership combines Veranda's strong domestic brands and university partnerships with SNVA's global university network and enterprise reach. Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman of Veranda Learning Solutions, expressed that this collaboration brings together complementary strengths. Vivek K. Singh, Chairman and CEO of SNVA EduTech, sees this acquisition as a defining milestone in the company's journey, aiming to transform lives by equipping learners with required skills and degrees.
The partnership aims to build a comprehensive global education ecosystem, with a strong presence in India, the USA, UK, France, Italy, Malta, Switzerland, and Singapore. SNVA EduTech plans to explore a public listing in the near future and further acquisitions to expand its global presence. This acquisition opens doors for Indian students and job seekers to access affordable, world-class education and career-focused training without traveling abroad.
The acquisition, to be completed through a share-swap arrangement, will see Veranda and its subsidiary holding a joint stake in SNVA EduTech. The company expects to impact over 200,000 learners annually, addressing India's employability challenge while creating global opportunities. SNVA EduTech now offers a suite of education and skilling businesses, including Careerera, EuroAmerican Education, Edureka, Veranda Higher Education, and Six Phrase.
