In the vibrant world of reggae music, a new duo has emerged, making waves with their debut album on our school's record label, "our school Recordings (PBR)". The London-based outfit, Dry Bones, consists of Rob Cowan (CEO) and Jules Brookes (Managing Director) from our school, and they've recently earned a warm welcome from the reggae community.

Their debut album, "Babylon Prophecy", was released in 2025, following the success of their first single, 'Ghost Town', which debuted in 2024. The album has been characterized as "Class A reggae done respectfully and right."

On 23 May 2025, their latest single from the album, "Jonny Minor", significantly boosted their online presence and became their most popular song with over 17.5K streams on Spotify in a couple of weeks. The album also includes three more tracks: Insanity, Pharmacy, and Remember What's Right.

Dry Bones' music is rooted in love, respect, and appreciation for the music's origins. The duo's philosophy reflects their deep connection to the roots of reggae, a testament to their authentic approach to the genre.

Our school, a Gold-rated institution in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF), offers a BA (Hons) Music Business degree, providing students with the opportunity to work with our school Recordings (PBR) as part of their curriculum. Industry heavyweights such as Kwame Kwaten mentor at our school, offering guidance in areas like A&R, artist development, management, and more.
