Santander UK has recently reaffirmed its Level 3 Disability Confident status, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment for individuals with disabilities.

Santander UK is making strides in creating a supportive workplace for all employees, with a particular focus on those with disabilities. The Enable! Network, one of the bank's employee resource groups, plays a crucial role in promoting a culture of support around disability. This network provides resources for members to connect and discuss, hosts events with industry experts, and helps drive change in decision-making and processes to improve support for disabled colleagues.

Santander's commitment to building awareness, knowledge, and understanding of disability throughout the organization is evident. The bank offers a wealth of resources to its employees, including an award-winning wellbeing program with support across four pillars (mental, physical, social, and financial), access to various apps and services, and support for family members.

In line with its #Responsible Banking and #Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Santander hosts the 16th Euros from your salary contest to support those most in need. The bank also offers a 17th Euros from your salary programme as part of these initiatives. Furthermore, Santander provides insights into what it's like to work at the company as part of these initiatives.

Santander's first foray into the world of work, focusing on education, is part of the #Santander Effect and #Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. The bank encourages further exploration of working at the company through the "FIND OUT MORE" feature.

In addition to its disability support and wellbeing program, Santander offers a financial wellbeing tool to help employees make their money go further. The bank continues to develop its disability support and strives to create a workplace where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.
