In the realm of sustainable farming and food security, a wealth of new resources has emerged, offering insights into soil health, ecosystem function, carbon capture, and equitable food systems. Key figures who are experts, practitioners, and advocates in the field share their knowledge through podcasts and videos.

Leading the charge is Farm Gate, a podcast hosted by ffinlo Costain, the chief executive of Farmwel and founder of the Food & Global Security Network. The show focuses on practical solutions for climate and food security, catering to farmers, food chain professionals, and policy-makers alike.

The Carbon Calling conference, a platform for farmers to share ideas, knowledge, success, and failure, has also been making waves. Their YouTube channel features sessions from the Carbon Calling conference 2023, providing a wealth of information on innovative farming practices and the future of agriculture.

One such innovative farm is Hill Top Farm in Yorkshire, which has been PfL certified and featured in the second episode of the BBC's Wild Isles series. Another notable farm, Knepp, also PfL certified, is showcased in the same episode, starting at 20:57.

The annual Groundswell Festival, a forum for farmers, growers, or anyone interested in food production and the environment, also offers a wealth of resources. Many sessions from the Groundswell 2023 festival can be watched on the Groundswell YouTube channel.

In the podcast sphere, John Kempf, a respected expert in biological and regenerative farming, hosts a biweekly podcast aimed at professional growers and agronomists. His episodes explore the science behind regenerative systems, connections between soil health and human wellness, and feature dialogues with other leaders like Zach Bush, MD and Alana Mooi.

The Public Health Institute's podcast "Flipping the Table" has been discussing regenerative agriculture’s importance, food justice, and equitable, affordable food access. Episodes feature filmmaker Josh Tickell and others, along with scientific insights from researcher Dr. Stephan van Vliet on nutrient density in regeneratively raised meat. Rancher voices such as Cate Havstad-Casad and Sheldon Atwood highlight regenerative ranching and rural community resilience.

The World Food Policy Center’s Leading Voices in Food Podcast addresses food security challenges in relation to climate change and biodiversity. Notable guests include Gwen Jones, co-founder of Nzatu Food Group (a regenerative ag business), and policy researchers discussing community resilience strategies in regions affected by climate impacts, such as Central America.

A podcast on regenerative ranching and carbon capture, hosted by Sabrina Halvorson and reporter Michael Standaert, features ranchers like Louis Heaton in North Dakota who are combining grazing practices with carbon credits to combat climate change while improving biodiversity and cattle health. This episode connects soil science with emerging carbon market economics.

Lastly, the podcast series "Investing in Regenerative Agriculture and Food" delves into the regenerative food and agriculture space. Glen Burrows, former marketing director at the Ethical Butcher, is among the interviewees.

These productions collectively offer insights from a diverse range of voices, from researchers to practitioners and community leaders, providing both scientific and practical perspectives on regenerative agriculture’s role in enhancing soil health, food security, ecological resilience, and equitable food access.
