Park University Achieves Enrollment and Academic Success

In terms of enrollment, Park University's 2018 Spring I term enrollment has grown by approximately 4.8 percent. The Parkville Campus enrollment is up by 10.5 percent in credit hours. These figures suggest a steady increase in student interest and participation.

The university's retention rate from Fall 2017 to Spring 2018 has increased by 4.5 percent, indicating a positive trend in student retention. This growth is further supported by the university's year-over-year retention growth rate of 2 percent per year for the past five years.

Faculty members like Patty Ryberg, Ph.D., assistant professor of biology, have been interviewed on KCUR-FM in Kansas City about her research trip to Antarctica. Roger Kugler, D.M.A., director of the International Center for Music, and violinist Hanna Zhdan were also featured on KMBZ-FM in Kansas City.

In recognition of his contributions, Ed Bradley, a volunteer for Park University, has been announced as the first member of the Park Athletics Wall of Honor Class of 2018.
