The project, announced during U.S. President Donald Trump's state visit, involves collaborations with key international companies. NVIDIA is partnering with Oxford Quantum Circuits to create a quantum-GPU AI supercomputing center. Additionally, NVIDIA is working with Nscale to deploy 60,000 GPUs across the UK, leveraging Nscale's expertise in AI infrastructure deployment.

The GPUs will power a network of 'AI factories', supporting advanced AI models and sovereign AI goals.
