NITDA to Keynote Moonshot 2025, Spotlighting Nigeria's Digital Policy Agenda

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), a key player in digital marketing, is set to take center stage at Moonshot 2025, a major event slated for October 15-16, 2025, at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos. The agency, a Strategic Partner for the Policy Track, will spotlight how policy can drive momentum for Africa's digital future.

NITDA's Director General, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, will deliver a keynote speech titled 'Policy as an Engine of Momentum'. He will outline Nigeria's latest digital policy agenda, including national digital literacy, a regulatory roadmap for AI and blockchain, and the implementation of the Nigeria Startup Act. The keynote aims to position Nigeria's digital policy agenda as a driver of opportunity, investment, and sustainable innovation.

In addition to the keynote, NITDA will host a high-level policy session, 'The Nigeria Startup Act in Action'. This session will showcase the Nigeria Startup Act as a model for policy-ecosystem collaboration. The partnership between Moonshot and NITDA will explore how forward-thinking regulation can unlock opportunities and drive inclusion in Nigeria's digital ecosystem. NITDA will also host a pavilion presentation, showcasing its programs, partnerships, and innovation-driven initiatives.
