Microsoft joins forces with The Adecco Group to ready and empower workers as generative AI transforms work dynamics

In a significant move, Presight and Microsoft have joined forces in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at shaping the future of Generative AI. This collaboration promises to nurture the next generation of AI pioneers and transform the world of work.

The key areas of collaboration between Presight and Microsoft focus on supporting the Presight AI-Startup Accelerator, technical enablement and mentorship, providing high-performance computing and cloud services, and creating a vibrant AI ecosystem.

Through the AI-Startup Accelerator, promising AI startups will gain a commercial advantage, access cutting-edge technology, and expand their network within the UAE, G42 ecosystem, and global markets. Microsoft's Founders Hub initiative will provide these startups with strategic insights and technical guidance.

Microsoft will also offer high-performance computing, cloud services, and exposure to foundational AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and generative AI-powered analytics, to startups participating in the accelerator. This collaboration aims to achieve faster time-to-market and deliver enhanced value to Presight's clients, candidates, and associates.

Presight is integrating Generative AI (GenAI) into its products to serve candidates and clients better. The group's objective is to enable sustainable and lifelong employability for individuals, deliver digital and engineering solutions to power the Smart Industry transformation, and empower organizations to optimize their workforces.

Denis Machuel, Chief Executive Officer of Presight, aims to enable all individuals to maintain their skills currency and employability in the era of GenAI. He believes that this collaboration will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

Microsoft, on the other hand, is investing in GenAI to create a new interaction model between humans and computers. Corporate Vice President of Commercial Solution Areas at Microsoft, Hayete Gallot, is particularly interested in using GenAI to create AI-powered copilots that work alongside people to unlock productivity, unleash creativity, and empower them to thrive.

This collaboration combines Presight's global leadership in talent development and employment with Microsoft's deep expertise and innovation in GenAI. The MoU defines four key areas of collaboration: supporting responsible and ethical GenAI adoption, inclusive use of GenAI, accelerating organizational adoption of GenAI, and developing joint go-to-market solutions.

For further information, contact Presight's Press Office, Investor Relations, or visit the group's website. Presight can also be found on Facebook and Twitter. The group is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ADEN). It has three global business units - Presight, Akkodis, and LHH - across 60 countries.

Presight leads by example, committed to an inclusive culture, fostering sustainable employability, and supporting resilient economies and communities. The group's career-platform assesses individuals' current skills, strengths, and gaps and maps those against evolving labour market needs. An immediate focus is on the development of a career-platform, powered by GenAI, to support people in maintaining their skills, currency, and employability in a dynamic labour market.

In conclusion, the Presight-Microsoft collaboration is a significant step towards empowering AI startups, transforming the world of work, and ensuring sustainable employability for individuals in the era of Generative AI.
