Based on the SuperJob survey conducted from July 1 to 31, 2025, there appears to be a notable difference in perspective between full-time students, graduates, and parents regarding dedicating all efforts to studying and working in their field of study.

According to the survey, only 8% of full-time students support dedicating all their efforts to studying, while a larger percentage of graduates (28%) and parents (25%) hold this view. Among parents of full-time students, 36% believe that a student should work in their field of study, contrasting with 45% of full-time students who are open to working in any field.

However, 40% of full-time students insist on working in their field of study, suggesting a more nuanced opinion among students regarding their career paths. Interestingly, among the surveyed 2025 applicants, 25% believe that a student can work anywhere, while a larger percentage of parents and future applicants believe that a student should work in their field of study.

The SuperJob survey indicates a divide in opinion between full-time students and their parents or future applicants about the necessity of working in one's field of study, as well as a difference in perspective regarding dedicating all efforts to studying. Furthermore, the survey results suggest that a significant percentage of full-time students (85%) believe that part-time work is a necessity.

Education-and-self-development plays a crucial role in the differing perspectives between full-time students and their parents, as indicated by the SuperJob survey. Notably, the survey reveals that 40% of full-time students and 25% of the surveyed applicants consider part-time work a necessity, suggesting a strong focus on both academic and practical experiences for their self-development.
