A local company has been officially recognized as a training provider for animal caretakers specializing in beekeeping. The company, one of only seven in North Rhine-Westphalia with this authorization, received the certification after a rigorous examination by the chamber of agriculture.

The recognition was announced during a press event held at the company's apiary from March 13th to 19th. Mayor Alexander Biber of Troisdorf presented the certificate to trainer Thomas Rosenau, who was praised for his top performance in the master's exam. Beekeeping, often seen as a hobby, is now officially recognized as a vocational training occupation.

The company's new status as a training provider comes at a time when there's a high demand for master craftsmen in agriculture. By offering this specialized training, the company is helping to fill this gap in the job market.
