"Literaturhaus Hosts Creative Writing Workshop for Youth: The 2.5 Edition"
In the heart of Wiesbaden, the State Capital's Press Office stands as a beacon for citizen inquiries. Located at Schlossplatz 6, this office is also the home of the city's literary scene, as it houses the organisers of "Die Schreibwütigen" - a creative writing workshop for young authors aged between 13 and 18 years old.
Led by the accomplished Wiesbaden-based author, Alexander Pfeiffer, this workshop offers a unique opportunity for youth to engage in regular literary exchange and hone their writing skills. No prior knowledge is required for participation, making it accessible to all who wish to explore their creative side.
"Die Schreibwütigen" kicks off on September 4, 2025, and the fruits of the participants' labour will be showcased at a public reading event. This is a chance for the community to come together and celebrate the young authors' achievements. The last such event took place on November 22, 2024, and the texts were compiled into a downloadable reader PDF for all to enjoy.
