Sebapharma, a Rhineland-Palatinate family business specializing in medical skincare and body care with a pH value of 5.5, is committed to supporting young talent beyond classic training offerings. This commitment is demonstrated by offering international opportunities, as shown by the recent international training deployment for dual students Lisanne Giehl and Laila Adler in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

The human resources department at Sebapharma initiated this deployment, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable support of young talent. The training involved intercultural exchange, international practical experience, and a deep dive into Sebapharma's Asian subsidiaries.

Lisanne Giehl and Laila Adler gained valuable insights into warehousing and distribution structures during their visit to Mekim Limited, a long-standing distributor of Sebapharma in Hong Kong. They also participated in e-commerce, sales processes, and marketing activities with local partners in China.

This international opportunity allowed them to gain a new understanding of Sebapharma's markets and more confidence in international exchange. The training deployment was designed to promote professional and personal growth for dual students.

Sebapharma's founder, Dr. med. Heinz Maurer, established the company, and it is currently headed by Thomas Maurer, his son, as chairman of the management board, supported by Dr. Daniel Rothoeft as deputy chairman. The company values intercultural skills, communication security, and personal development opportunities.

Over 100 Sebamed products are available in more than 80 countries, and the company consistently refrains from using microplastics in its products. More than 400 clinical-dermatological studies confirm the consistent implementation of Sebapharma's founder's goal of "Science for healthy skin."

Christian Metzing, Head of Human Resources at Sebapharma, stated that the company's training strategy is characterized by practicality, responsibility, and development opportunities, both locally and internationally.
