News Article: World's Leading HR Solutions Provider Offers Global Job Placements for Young Candidates

In July, the world's leading HR solutions provider is set to launch the Experience project, an initiative designed to provide work experience and improve employability for young candidates from 54 countries. The project, which will concurrently host the CEO for one month programme, aims to foster intercultural awareness, competence, and the ability to navigate diverse economic and social environments.

The Experience project, tagged with the hashtags #CEO1month and #ourExperience, offers a unique opportunity for candidates to learn from a Fortune 500 company with 31,000 employees and over 650,000 associates worldwide. Successful candidates will work under the direct supervision of CEO Patrick De Maeseneire, gaining insights into how to run a global organisation.

Candidates can expect to be placed in roles ranging from production to marketing, sales, communication, and human resources. The project is relevant in the context of youth unemployment rates and unfilled jobs in Europe and the US, as highlighted by Eurostat in June 2014. Currently, 23.5% of 15- to 24-year-olds are out of work across Europe, with the youth jobless rate standing at 56.9% in Greece, 53.5% in Spain, and 43.3% in Italy. Moreover, there are 7 million unfilled jobs in Europe and the US due to a lack of work experience among young people.

The key attitudes for success in a work environment, especially in global organisations, include cultural curiosity, adaptability, openness to new experiences, and proactive engagement in learning about different business practices and cultural contexts. These attitudes foster intercultural awareness, competence, and the ability to navigate diverse economic and social environments effectively.

Programs focusing on global immersion emphasize the importance of slowing down to authentically experience day-to-day life in different communities, thereby cultivating humility, flexibility, and deeper understanding necessary for success in international settings. They also highlight learning through direct interaction with local leaders and peers, which develops firsthand insight, empathy, and collaboration skills across cultures.

Candidates can learn more about the Experience project on Facebook at www.facebook.com/ourWaytoWork and follow updates on Twitter at www.twitter.com/ourWayToWork. The our Way to Work programme, launched by the group in 2013, provides work experience and guidance to young people, aiming to cultivate intercultural awareness and competence by offering immersive, hands-on global programs.

At the end of the project, our group will continue to support the candidates with career tips and advice, ensuring a lasting impact on their professional growth. The Experience project is more than just a job placement; it's an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a global environment.
