Global Recruitment Initiated by Nanjing Jiangbei New Area for Skilled Professionals Worldwide

High-end talents (both domestic and overseas) participating in the "university-local joint appointment" initiative will receive a five-year salary subsidy equivalent to 30% of their annual salary.
Institutions such as the Jiangbei New Area Science and Technology Bureau and major innovation-driven enterprises can grant up to RMB 30 million in research funding for innovative projects. Every year, district-level funds invest in no fewer than 150 projects, with each project receiving an average of no less than RMB 5 million.
Enterprises admitted to the national disruptive-technology shortlist in Jiangbei New Area secure up to RMB 10 million per project. Talent-led enterprises that win science and technology grants at the provincial level or above receive up to RMB 20 million in matching funds.
The Measures in Jiangbei New Area introduce a "use-first, pay-later" proof-of-concept program, allocating up to RMB 5 million per project for concept validation and pilot-scale initiatives. Leading scientists constructing major scientific facilities in Jiangbei New Area can receive up to RMB 100 million in support.
