Discover Customs Careers: Zollinfo Days Kick Off in Altdorf
The Main Customs Office Landshut is hosting a series of Zollinfo days, starting with an event on April 26, 2025, in Altdorf. These days aim to educate visitors about the role of customs officers and career opportunities in the field.
The first Zollinfo day will take place on April 26, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm at Sonnenring 14 in Altdorf. Visitors can expect interactive stations that delve into the tasks of customs officers, import duties, customs clearance, and financial control of undeclared work.
Following this event, further Zollinfo days are scheduled for May 10, 2025, in Passau and September 20, 2025, in Plattling. These days will provide similar insights into the world of customs.
The event in Altdorf will also cover the application procedure and training or dual study courses offered by the customs office. These include opportunities in the middle customs service, a dual study program in the higher customs service, and a dual study program in administrative informatics.
