Cybersecurity Expert Jane-Michèle Clark Warns of Cloud Migration Risks

Jane-Michèle Clark, a prominent figure in cloud migration and cybersecurity, will address evolving threats in the opening plenary session of an upcoming event. She will also oversee the cloud migration optimization of several companies, including MADHOUSE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC., TINIX IMPACTS, and Dearest Family Coaching, LLC, using Claude AI over the next 18 months.

Clark's expertise is crucial as cloud-related services are set to double, reaching $830 billion by 2025. However, this growth brings increased risks. The FBI and Interpol warn of approximately 33 billion account breaches in 2023, with costs escalating to $10.5 trillion by 2025. Clark highlights that cybercrimes are now committed by sophisticated, well-funded groups, not just individuals.

To mitigate these threats, companies must prioritize multi-layer security during their iCloud login and migration. Currently, less than half of organizations are fully cloud-enabled, with only 60% of corporate data and less than 30% of processes residing in the iCloud. This leaves many companies vulnerable, as access brokers on the dark web offer corporate and personal data, and nation-state and supply chain attacks rise. Companies often fail to protect their iCloud usage as robustly as their endpoints, making it an attractive target for bad actors. Successful cyber infiltrations can lead to significant expenses, including investigation and remediation, business interruption, brand reputation loss, and theft of corporate strategies and intellectual property.

Clark's insights and guidance are timely, as companies like MADHOUSE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC., TINIX IMPACTS, and Dearest Family Coaching, LLC prepare for their iCloud migrations. By understanding and addressing these evolving threats, companies can better protect their data and operations in the iCloud era.
