The Gostagaevskaya Estate, a modern residential complex in Anapa, is currently in an active phase of construction. The structural framework for several residential buildings has been largely completed, with interior works such as plumbing, electrical installations, and finishing underway in some sections. External landscaping and infrastructure like roads and parking lots have begun development, and regular updates from the developer indicate steady progress without major delays.
The project, launched approximately 1-2 years ago, is currently in the mid-stage of construction, moving from foundational and structural work to interior finishing. The estimated completion is within the next 12-18 months, depending on weather and supply chain factors. Residents are scheduled to take possession of their apartments shortly after construction completion, possibly staggered by building.
The Gostagaevskaya Estate will feature green spaces and landscaped parks for recreation, children's play areas, fitness and sports zones, private parking for residents, on-site security and surveillance systems, and proximity to commercial facilities such as shops, cafes, and healthcare centres.
In addition to the residential construction, the project includes social facilities for resort residents. A school for 450 students is being built, complete with an education block for 300 students, offering classes in visual arts, choreography, and other subjects, as well as a children's film studio. The school will also boast sports and assembly halls, a dining room, and a football field, volleyball and basketball courts. A kindergarten for 300 children will be built, including nursery groups, a dining block, a medical block, halls for choreography and sports, and themed playgrounds.
The Gostagaevskaya Estate project is planned for implementation in three stages by 2029, also including schools, kindergartens, mini-clinics, youth and adult attraction points in rural territories. The Comprehensive Development Area (CDA) agreement, the only way for new territory development in Anapa, following the adoption of the general plan, covers these developments.
