The event, titled "Environment Kids," will take place at the school and neighborhood library located at Schulallee 11 in Rumeln-Kaldenhausen. This event is open to children in the second to fourth grade, and admission is free.
During the event, participants will explore questions about the problems caused by plastic, how plastics are made, and what alternatives exist. You'll discover what alternatives exist to plastic, learn about the industrial processes involved in creating plastics, and gain insights into the main problems caused by plastic, such as environmental pollution, particularly affecting oceans and ecosystems, and difficulties in managing plastic waste throughout its lifecycle.
