Chemnitz Welcomes 47 New Employees Today
Chemnitz welcomes 47 new employees today. The city's latest recruits, graduates from the intake years 2021 and 2022, will be officially congratulated by Cornelia Schwalbe, acting head of the main office, and their trainers in the city council chamber. The event, set for Tuesday, September 30, at 10 am, will be musically accompanied by students of the BSZ Technik II.
Of the 52 graduates, 50 were offered continued employment with the city. Out of these, 47 young professionals accepted the offer. The new employees will be deployed in various departments and positions across the city. The successful graduates span diverse fields, including 16 administrative management assistants, six office managers, two gardeners, four emergency medical technicians, one bath operator, one animal keeper, one media and information services specialist, nine educators, one surveying technician, seven Bachelor of Laws graduates, one Bachelor of Science graduate, and three Bachelor of Arts graduates.
The event will be attended by representatives of the news. Despite the city's efforts, the names of the fourteen young professionals who declined the offer remain unknown.
Chemnitz looks forward to integrating these 47 new employees into its workforce. Their diverse skills and backgrounds promise to enrich the city's various departments. The official ceremony marks the beginning of a new chapter for both the graduates and the city.
