Baden-Württemberg Funds Innovative Internship Project in Freiburg
The state of Baden-Württemberg is funding an innovative internship project in Freiburg and its regions, set to commence on October 13th. This initiative, coordinated by Wirtschaftsförderung Freiburg, aims to provide young people with practical career insights and help businesses connect with potential apprentices.
The project offers one-day internships from October 13th to October 31st, allowing young people to explore various professions in workshops and offices. Notably, registration for these internships is done online, without the need for resumes or grades. This inclusive approach welcomes both small and larger businesses in the region to participate, fostering a diverse range of opportunities.
The primary goal is twofold: firstly, to provide young individuals with practical career orientation, helping them make informed decisions about their future. Secondly, it seeks to facilitate early connections between companies and potential apprentices, fostering a talent pipeline for the region's businesses.
The one-day internship weeks in Freiburg and its regions, funded by Baden-Württemberg and coordinated by Wirtschaftsförderung Freiburg, offer young people a unique chance to explore careers and make contacts with businesses in their regions. With online registration open to all, both small and large businesses are encouraged to participate, contributing to the region's future workforce development.
