Azubi Job Fair in Regensburg: 60 Apprenticeships Presented to Hundreds of Young People
Over 20 companies from the Regensburg Industrial Park participated in the 3rd Azubi Job Fair, presenting over 60 apprenticeship opportunities and dual study programs to hundreds of young people and their parents. The event, held at the Industrial Park which houses over 300 companies, was praised for its high-quality conversations and well-attended workshops on job applications and career entry.
The fair offered a unique chance for young people to explore apprenticeship opportunities firsthand. They could attend workshops hosted by IHK, Sellwerk, and the Job Center, and even go on factory tours to see their potential training locations. Thomas Wittmann, managing director of Das Hörhaus and chairman of the Tenants' Council, commended the high quality of conversations at the event. Companies also lauded the fair, with many expressing satisfaction with the quality of contacts made.
