Annual School Supply Drive at Florence Christian Church for Boone County Schools scheduled for June 28th
The Florence Christian Church is gearing up for its annual School Supply Drive, an event that has been supporting students in Boone County for over 20 years. This year, the drive will culminate in a yard sale on Saturday, July 28, from 8 a.m.-12 p.m., located at 300 Main Street, Florence.
The yard sale offers a unique opportunity for the community to clean out items they've been meaning to get rid of, while also benefiting a worthy cause. All proceeds from the sale will go directly to purchasing school supplies for Boone County students, particularly those who qualify for free and reduced lunch.
